Job Details

Base pay range: $55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Pay rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr

• Designing and planning the Radio Frequency Network for the Client's LTE and 5G networks, including RF analysis, search area issuance, candidate assessment, and approvals.
• Redesigning mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR, collaborating with other network areas to ensure performance fixes and initiatives are in place.
• Using internal tools (FUZE, ATOLL) to process regulatory compliance.
• Performing Macro/Small Cell design and In-Build design, including antenna selection and placement, leveraging knowledge of 5G, LTE, and microwave to contribute to network design.
• Working on new cell sites to ensure proper integration into the network and optimization for peak performance.

• RF certifications and/or degrees are a plus

  3-5 years

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience working on Client's projects
• Atoll Experience
• Fuze Experience (RF Design, CIQ, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with little guidance on multiple projects requiring best network design decisions

• Solid knowledge of RF, antenna, and frequency license theory as well as LTE/VoLTE/5G/VoNR technology

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $60.00/hr final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package selected.
