Location: Germany
WVF zoekt voor seizoen 2025/26 een trainer/coach voor O19-1.
Wat ga je doen?- Geven van doelgerichte en uitdagende trainingen volgens het opleidingsplan.
- Coachen van het team en verbeteren van tactische en technische vaardigheden.
- Samenwerken met Hoofd Opleidingen en Technische Commissie.
- Gebruik van video-analyse om prestaties te verbeteren.
- Minimaal VC2/UEFA C (VC3/UEFA B is een pré of bereidheid dit te halen).
- Ervaring met jeugdteams op prestatief niveau.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit.
- Affiniteit met talentontwikkeling en doorstroming naar senioren.
- Ontwikkelmogelijkheden, scholing en cursussen.
- Samenwerking binnen een enthousiast technisch kader.
- Ondersteuning vanuit Hoofd Opleidingen en Technische Commissie.
