- Organisation und Durchführung von F-Gas-Schulungen (Theorie und Praxis) innerhalb der WIKA Gruppe
- Sicherstellung des Schulungsablaufs sowie Buchung und Koordination geeigneter Trainer und Prüfer
- Erstellung und Pflege aktueller Schulungsunterlagen in Deutsch und Englisch gemäß Vorgaben
- Unterstützung bei Prüfungen, Zertifikatserstellung und Dokumentation der Schulungsergebnisse
- Enge Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen zur Ermittlung des Schulungsbedarf sowie Eskalation bei Ressourcenengpässen
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Schulungsgeräten
- Fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich F-Gas Schulungen
- Erfahrung in der elektrischen Energietechnik von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
- Präzise, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
