This part-time position involves leading and inspiring participants, creating a supportive environment, and assisting with the Marathoner-in-Training (MIT) program. Ideal candidates will have a passion for running, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others. The role offers opportunities to inspire and connect within the Columbus running community, with a commitment of approximately 6-8 hours per week on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
