Bewerber sollten einen Hauptschulabschluss oder besser sowie gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse mitbringen. Die Ausbildung umfasst praktische Erfahrungen auf Baustellen und in der Berufsschule sowie attraktive Zusatzleistungen wie tarifliche Ausbildungsvergütung und 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr.
