Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment for kindergarten students.
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.
- Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction and classroom management.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to guide their development.
Qualifications:
- A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
- Reading Endorsement strongly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching in a K-3 setting is strongly preferred.
- Clear FBI/BCI background check.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
