Spanish Instructor

Location: Delphos

Delphos St. John's is seeking a passionate/qualified Spanish Instructor for the  school year and beyond. Interested candidates must be proficient in all curriculum requirements for Spanish, with the ability to pass on their mastery to students who have a sincere desire to learn. Applicants should be willing to play an active role in educating our youth and to create a classroom environment that is supportive and structured.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Instruct Spanish High School Courses, with the potential for Junior High Courses.

* Show competency and a comprehensive understanding of Spanish with an emphasis on communicating using Spanish in written and verbal expression.

* Be Flexible, Energetic Personality, Strong Communicator, Creative Problem Solver, Team Player

* Be Willing to Coach/Advise Student Athletics or Organizations if Interested

* Able to Relate and Develop Great Rapport with Students

* Work Closely and Collaborate with the Delphos St. John's Staff and Instructors

* Commitment to the Students, School, Community, and the Blue Jay Family

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Have Native or Near-Native Fluency in Spanish
Ohio Teaching License or Non-Tax License Required
FBI/BCI Background Check
Complete Ohio Department of Education and Diocese of Toledo Requirements
