• Must pass criminal background check
• At least 3 years of successful teaching experience
• Valid and appropriate administrative license
• OTES certification prior to beginning of 2026-27 school year
• Understanding of high school instruction
• Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with building staff, parents, and community
• Ability to support the school principal in daily operations, staff supervision, and school discipline
• Student-centered leadership
• Promote a positive environment while supporting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

Interviews are anticipated to begin in early April with a recommendation for hire to occur at the May 18 Board of Education meeting.
