Position:
Director of Curriculum and Personnel
Reports to:
Superintendent
Employment Status:

FLSA Status:
Exempt
Pay Range: $75,000 to $95,000
Description:
To provide leadership with the on-going development and improvement of the entire instructional program of the district's schools. Coordinate and drive the instructional program including the areas of curriculum, instruction, and professional development. This person will also manage Certificated personnel, assisting with HR duties.
Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred
Appropriate state of Ohio certification/license for job duties and position - Administrative license preferred
Three or more years of teaching experience
Valid driver's license
Experience and/or training which evidences a thorough knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Successful completion of criminal background check
Alternative to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
