Lake Center Christian School is seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our K-3 Teaching Applicant Pool
. While we do not have immediate openings, we are proactively building a pool of talented candidates for potential teaching positions that may become available in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment for K-3 students.
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.
• Foster a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction and classroom management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to guide their development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
• Clear FBI/BCI background check.
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
• Previous experience teaching in a K-3 setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
