Lake Center Christian School is seeking passionate and qualified educators to join our Grades 4-6 Teaching Applicant Pool
. While we do not have immediate openings, we are proactively building a pool of talented candidates for potential teaching positions that may become available in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Teach one or more of the following subject areas:
  English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, or Bible in a Grades 4-6 classroom setting.
• Create a nurturing and Christ-centered learning environment that fosters academic growth and spiritual development.
• Develop and implement engaging, subject-specific lesson plans aligned with our school's curriculum.
• Integrate biblical principles into instruction and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback to guide their learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements.
• Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School.
• Clear FBI/BCI background check.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an emphasis in one or more of the listed subject areas.
• Valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one).
• Previous teaching experience in Grades 4-6 is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
