About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to support our innovative training initiatives combining 3D Modeling, Digital Designs, and 3D printing technology with e-learning solutions. This hands-on internship offers exposure to cutting-edge learning technologies and instructional design. Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of 3D printed training materials
* Assist in creating and managing e-learning content
* Participate in training material testing and evaluation
* Collect and analyze program feedback
* Assist in maintaining 3D printing equipment
* Support the creation of multimedia training content
* Knowledge of learning assessment methods

Required Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, Design, or a related field
* Interest in learning technologies, including e‑learning platforms and hands‑on training tools
* Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning assessment methods
* Strong written communication skills for documentation and technical writing
* Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize feedback and evaluation data
* Comfortable working in a project‑based, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to e‑learning content development or learning management systems
* Familiarity with 3D printing, CAD tools, or digital design concepts (academic or personal experience acceptable)
* Experience creating or supporting multimedia learning content
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, iterate, and document learning materials Travel Requirement *
