Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational training needs and skill gaps

• Design and develop learning and development strategies and programs

• Create training content, materials, and learning frameworks

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions

• Consult with stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business goals

• Implement leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling programs

• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback

• Recommend learning solutions such as e-learning, blended learning, and workshops

• Support change management and organizational development initiatives

• Coach managers and employees on performance improvement

• Manage training budgets, vendors, and external training partners

• Track learning metrics, KPIs, and prepare reports

• Stay updated with learning trends, tools, and technologies

• Promote a continuous learning culture within the organization

• Ensure compliance with learning standards and policies
