Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of school pupils within the guidelines of the State of Ohio and policies of the Yellow Springs Schools Board of Education.

• Complete State of Ohio driver’s pre-service training program
• Hold a valid CDL with school bus driver endorsement or willing to obtain
• Have a safe driving record
• Ability to pass random drug & alcohol screenings
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a desire to work with students on a daily basis
• Self-directed and ability to follow directions
• Good health and good attendance record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
