MANDATED Job Requirements:

• Board Certification: Candidates must be board-certified in Neurosurgery.
• Ohio State License: Active and unrestricted Ohio State License is a prerequisite.
• BLS and ACLS: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory.
• COVID Vaccination: While highly preferred, it is not mandatory.
• Flu Vaccine: Required at the time of credentialing.
• Availability: Only candidates with availability specific to open dates are encouraged to apply.
