One Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provide direct and appropriate clinical care and treatment to patients in specialty areas as assigned while maintaining patient/client confidentiality.

• Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers.
• Supervise and mentor mid‑level providers and students as needed.
• Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
• Perform minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.

• Licensed as an MD or DO from an accredited educational institution
• Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board eligible/certified
• No license restriction
• DEA certification
