Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky & Norwalk, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: Eligible for Ohio medical licensure.
- Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Experience: 5+ years clinical or administrative experience; FQHC/community health experience.

Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership. - Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking.
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
- Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
