A facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

Emergency Medicine position at a Level 3 trauma center with an annual volume of 38,107 and 25 ED beds. The department staffs approximately 36-40 physicians and 28 APCs, with an average of 2.1 patients per hour. Candidates must be ABEM, ABIM, AOBEM, ABFP, or ABFM certified or eligible, and hold current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications. Those certified in ABFM or ABIM must also have 2,000 hours of EM experience.

Shifts vary monthly and daily, including options such as 7a-7p, 11a-9p, 11a-11p, 4p-1a, 7p-7a, and 9p-7a, with Thursday through Saturday coverage available. The EMR used is Cerner.
