to help us make it happen.

As our Brand Marketing Specialist,you’llplaya central rolein ensuring a clear, consistent, and professional brand across all touchpoints.

You’llcombine brand governance with hands-on execution, from visual identity and presentations to webinars, video content, and events.

You’llwork closely with Sales, Leadership, Product, Customer Success, and Consulting teams to ensure that every customer-facing interaction reflects a strong, coherent, and high-quality Finago brand.

• Ensuring consistent and effective communication of the Finago brand across all channels and touchpoints
• Developing andmaintainingvisual identity guidelines, including logo usage, colors, typography, and design elements
• Quality-assuring external communications to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Developing and refining external presentations with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and visual quality
• Supporting the textual and visual quality assurance of sales and marketing materials
• Ensuring a professional and consistent visual standard across all produced materials
• Planning, coordinating, and executing digital and physical events
• Producing and editing video content, including on-demand materials and simple animations
• Leading design-related aspects of trade shows and industry events

In this role,you’llhave a real impact on how Finago is perceived both internally and externally.

You’lltake ownership of our brand execution, work cross-functionally with experienced professionals, and help elevate the visual and experiential quality of everything weput outinto the world.

• We’relooking for a structured and execution-driven Brand Marketing professional ready to strengthen and evolve our brand. To succeed in this position:
• You have experience in design and visual communication
• You have a strong understanding of brand management and consistent brand application
• You have experience with video editing and digital content production
• You are proficient with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• You have experience with video editing tools (e.Premiere Pro or equivalent)
• You have strong presentation design skills (e.g.PowerPoint or similar tools)
• Experience with marketing platforms such as Hub Spot is an advantage
• You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You are comfortable collaborating across teams and stakeholders
• You are fluent in Norwegian and English (other Nordic languages are an advantage)
