Create engaging designs according to requirements, and bring them to the finish line by turning them into coded pages. You will work under the supervision of the Creative Director/UX Lead.

• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Use techniques to create wireframes, layouts and prototypes
• Produce final design solutions (logos, banners, interfaces)
• Pitch creative ideas
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
• Take on special design tasks (e.g., color correction, print materials)
• Incorporate feedback from other designers to improve

• Experience with design software (Figma, Sketch, Marvel, InVision) and graphics editing tools (Affinity Photo/Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts; ability to understand HTML/CSS for real-world implementation
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility basics, and how design decisions affect usability and conversion
• Willingness to learn, collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
• Ability to turn complex product information into clean, intuitive digital experiences
• Teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving aptitude
• Experience with HTML, CSS;
  JavaScript and jQuery a plus

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s in Design and/or Computer Science or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a designer/developer

$58,565+ base, depending on experience, plus bonus/incentive compensation
