We’re looking for an experienced and empathetic Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will be involved in the design of all aspects of our customer experience and work closely with strategic partners in technology and product teams bringing to life our key initiatives.

Our Design team is on a mission to transform the way we build products ore a small team, we are now expanding fast and bringing the best talent in the world to help us strengthen our design practice with a committed and passionate focus on solving real problems for our customers. You will join a team of experienced and hardworking designers in an exciting moment.

• Be involved in the end‑to‑end design, development and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, design from workflow and interactions to high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Absorb multiple sources of feedback in the process, explore multiple hypotheses and drive the decision‑making process to ensure the best product experience.
• Use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence throughout the process.
• Be involved in design processes across the product lifecycle setting the vision for the user experience and managing collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with a collaborative and cross‑functional team in developing and implementing a high‑quality product experience in all stages of product development.
• Represent the Product Design & Research team in facilitating and contributing to design discussions and workshops, giving feedback in planning and product channels.

• Comprehensive understanding and practice of applied user‑centered design methodologies, process stages and user research to tackle complex customer problems.
• Understanding of the technical aspects of development process and experience with successfully architecting, designing, and building scalable products that remain relevant over time within a large product organization.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to work with data, validate assumptions, and guide solutions through evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Ability to design low and high‑fidelity mockups for multiple devices using Figma and design systems. Strong skills in user‑interface design and attention to detail are a must.
• Good storytelling and strong communication skills, both verbal and written that allow you to explain the rationale behind your ideas and solutions with clarity and assertiveness. Fluent English is a must.
• You are a self‑starter and don’t wait for tasks to be handed to you. You’re eager to grow and help people around you grow together. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a diligent, autonomous, can‑do attitude.
