About the role:We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher (m/f/d) to join our team, who will help us understand our users, their needs, motivations, and pain points, and ensure that product decisions are grounded in real user insights. You will work closely with our Product Owners, UX Designers and Engineers to drive discovery, validation, and strategic research across multiple product areas. At senior level, you will also help raise the research maturity of the organization and act as a strategic partner for our leadership teams.
