This role is for a Project Manager / Architectural Designer who will shape unique, character‑filled homes in the Midwest, managing phases from design through construction documentation.

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
• 6–8 years of experience in residential architecture, including high‑end custom.
  
  Create file;
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
• Ability to design and produce detailed construction documents independently
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and contractor coordination
• Comfortable managing multiple phases of a project—from design through construction documentation
• Experience working directly with GCs and clients in a collaborative studio environment
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Cleveland, OH area
