Resident Support & Intake Coordinator
Belmont Properties is currently searching for a Resident Support and Intake Coordinator to serve as the central entry point for inbound resident calls and general inquiries.
Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve.

- Customer service or call-handling experience
- Comfortable with systems and technology
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Housing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow scripts and boundaries
- Answer inbound resident calls professionally
- Identify the nature of each call quickly and calmly
- Resolve common questions using approved scripts
- Route issues to the correct department when required
- Log calls and outcomes in the designated
- Assist residents with Rent Cafe login issues, password resets and where to find forms, balances or messages
- Instruct residents on how to submit work orders
- Route emergency calls per defined protocol
- Do not diagnose issues or promise timelines
