Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier payment support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to payment processing and resolve any issues efficiently
• Educate clients on payment solutions and guide them through the use of our platform
• Document client interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and develop user-friendly solutions
• Stay updated on the latest trends in payment solutions and Fin Tech innovation to better assist clients

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, particularly in Fin Tech or payment solutions, is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using technology and computer systems
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
