As a Content Moderator, you will review and manage user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community standards, ensuring a positive experience for our German-speaking users.

• Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Classify and assess content based on established moderation policies
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to refine moderation strategies
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance content moderation processes
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Prior experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions
• Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and tact
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous
