Position: German-Speaking E-commerce Support: Relocate to Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an E-Commerce Platform, with the unique option to work in beautiful Greece. This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about online shopping and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to e-commerce while communicating effectively in German.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce products, orders, returns, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the checkout process
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve service quality and ensure timely resolutions to customer issues
  • Stay updated on current promotions, product offerings, and e-commerce trends to better assist customers
Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
