This role is designed for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about online shopping and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to e-commerce while communicating effectively in German.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to e-commerce products, orders, returns, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide detailed product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with the checkout process
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns swiftly, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with various teams to improve service quality and ensure timely resolutions to customer issues
• Stay updated on current promotions, product offerings, and e-commerce trends to better assist customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
