Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat for e-commerce inquiries
• Assist customers with order placements, product returns, and other inquiries related to online shopping
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues that arise and improve the overall customer experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as needed
• Gather feedback from customers to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements in service delivery
• Stay updated on the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate assistance to customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in an e-commerce setting, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on enhancing the customer experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is an advantage
