Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests in German through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist with inquiries related to travel plans, accommodations, activities, and local attractions
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain guest satisfaction
• Provide knowledgeable insights about Greece and its offerings to enhance the guest experience
• Document customer interactions and gather feedback for continuous service improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest services and address any concerns

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service to guests
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Knowledge about Greece and local travel resources is a plus
