In this position, you will play a critical role in assisting German-speaking clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient experience with our customer relationship management systems.

• Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients using CRM platforms via phone, email, and online chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding CRM functionalities, account management, and troubleshooting issues
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately to track issues and solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex queries and suggest improvements to client processes
• Conduct training sessions for clients on effective usage of the CRM platform features
• Stay updated on product enhancements and industry best practices to provide relevant support

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable
• Experience in customer support, particularly within CRM systems, is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
• A proactive attitude with an eagerness to help customers succeed
• Willingness to embrace a new culture and relocate to Greece
