In this position, you will join a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional customer care while promoting sustainable energy solutions. As a customer care representative, you will play a key role in assisting Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed effectively.

Your passion for renewable energy combined with your customer service skills will help to drive the company’s mission of promoting a greener future. This role allows you to utilize your proficiency in Dutch to build relationships and provide guidance to customers regarding our innovative energy products and services.

• Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels
• Handle inquiries related to renewable energy products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
• Educate customers about sustainable energy solutions and benefits
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve company services
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Residing in Greece
• In possession of AMKA & AFMI
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer care or related fields is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
• Familiarity with customer support software is an advantage
