- In deiner Rolle bist du Ansprechpartner:in für Informationen zu Gleisänderungen, zu Störungen im Betriebsablauf, zum Ausfall von Zügen, Anschlussversäumnissen und Reisealternativen
- Informationsweitergabe an Reisende über entsprechende Informationssysteme und
-medien - Du repräsentierst die Deutsche Bahn im Servicepoint (DB Information), im mobilen Service im Bahnhof sowie auf den Bahnsteigen und sorgst dabei für die Zufriedenheit der Kund:innen
- Ausgabe von Fahrgast-Dokumenten sowie Überprüfung von ausgehängten Fahrplänen und Plakaten auf deren Aktualität und optischen Zustand
- Als Vertrauensperson der Kund:innen nimmst du auch Fundsachen entgegen
- Du hilfst außerdem mobilitätseingeschränkten Personen am Bahnsteig und übernimmst bei Bedarf Ersthelfendentätigkeiten
