Lawn Matters is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales and Account Support Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. As an essential member of our customer outreach team, the Outbound Sales and Account Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for both prospective and existing customers. This role requires high-volume outbound calling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within a KPI-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, accountable, and comfortable using advanced call center and CRM systems.
As an Outbound Sales and Account Support Specialist
, you will:
- Outbound Prospecting & Sales Support
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to promote Lawn Matters services.
- Drive new customer acquisition, service renewals, and customer retention efforts.
- Meet or exceed all call-related KPIs including call volume, talk time, and follow-up activity.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and account information.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate support that enhances customer satisfaction.
- Place outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances, payment reminders, and billing questions.
- Communicate payment expectations clearly while maintaining a positive customer interaction experience.
- Document all outcomes accurately and escalate unresolved matters as needed.
- Schedule, update, and coordinate customer service appointments with branch operations teams.
- Ensure customers understand service timelines and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM and call center software.
- Manage follow-ups, customer history, and performance metrics while ensuring data integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in outbound sales, call center, customer service, or collections required
- High-volume calling experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment
- Experience working in home services call centers (HVAC, pest, solar, roofing) preferred but not required
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- Daily outbound call volume and talk time
- Follow-up completion and documentation accuracy
- Customer satisfaction and retention results
- Contribution to new business, renewals, and service extensions
- Adherence to call center KPIs and quality standards
- Office-based call center environment during training and onboarding
- Frequent phone and computer use throughout the day
- Monday–Friday schedule, with some flexibility based on business needs
Based on performance, consistency, and demonstrated self-motivation, there may be an opportunity for a remote or hybrid schedule after training is complete.
Remote eligibility is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on KPI performance, accountability, and business needs.
