As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting German‑speaking customers with their inquiries and providing them with top‑notch support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to German‑speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, and account management
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow‑up
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
