Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food Delivery Platform sector, with a unique chance to work in beautiful Greece! This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and customer service, and who wish to immerse themselves in a vibrant culture while helping customers navigate their food delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, delivery logistics, and service feedback via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide information on available restaurants, menu items, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with order issues, delivery tracking, and modifications to ensure a seamless experience.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about the local food scene and platform updates to effectively assist customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Relocation to Greece is required for this role.
