Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent in the automotive industry. This role allows you to work in Greece while providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be the point of contact for clients seeking assistance with automotive products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to automotive products and services
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through the purchasing process
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track feedback and service quality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues as needed
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and automotive innovations to offer knowledgeable support
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry or related sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
