• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and scheduling changes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs and contractual obligations are met.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotional offers, and travel regulations to provide correct information to customers.

• Fluency in German (written and spoken). Proficiency in English preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel sector.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is advantageous.
