Position: German Speaking Customer Service for Booking.com - Work In Greece
Location: Germany

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for , based in the picturesque settings of Greece. This role combines the vibrant hospitality industry with a unique chance to work in a beautiful location. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them with their travel bookings, inquiries, and issues, while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and provide information about available services.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operational processes and excellent service delivery.
  • Stay updated on promotions, travel trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
