- Manage customer inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, features, and purchasing processes via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle models, pricing, and financing options to assist customers in their decision‑making.
- Assist customers with scheduling test drives and maintenance appointments, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow‑up and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and promotional campaigns to provide relevant information to customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
- Relocation to Greece for the duration of employment is necessary.
