Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a prestigious Fashion & Luxury Brand in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about fashion and luxury goods and excel at providing stellar customer service. You will assist clients in German, helping them navigate their inquiries and ensuring they have a remarkable experience with our luxury offerings.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to fashion products, brand information, and order management via phone, email, and live chat in German
• Provide expert guidance on product features, availability, and styling suggestions
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, exchanges, and returns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a high level of service
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and retail teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product knowledge
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and brand initiatives to better assist customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required;
  English proficiency is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or luxury sector
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑centric approach and a passion for fashion
• Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to relocate to Greece as required
