• Handle customer inquiries related to streaming service content, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in German
• Provide detailed information about available content, features, and subscription options
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and troubleshooting service issues
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly while ensuring a positive experience
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery and enhance user satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with new content releases and platform features to effectively assist customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and online support tools
