Customer Service Representative

Place of work:
Oy-Mittelberg | weekly working hours: 40 hours | permanent

These are your tasks:

• You look after existing and new customer groups and actively expand them.
• You provide advice on our products, create individual offers and accompany the process through to the conclusion of the contract.
• You take care of complaints and promotional activities.
• You coordinate and support ongoing customer projects and customer inquiries.
• You will support our sales management by preparing appointments, taking minutes and actively participating in annual meetings with customers.

What you bring with you:

• You have experience in customer service.
• You enjoy working with customers and impress them with your high customer and service orientation.
• You have a talent for organization, like to show initiative, are a team player and have good communication skills.
• You are experienced in using MS Office and CRM.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
