As a Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary goal is to assist these customers with their inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure they have a memorable experience using our services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment while helping customers enjoy their interactions with our brand.

• Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch through chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Guide customers through our services and educate them about our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; any additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferable but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• An interest in customer service and a passion for working in a multicultural setting.
