Sie leiten die Werkstätten, planen und überwachen Produktionsabläufe und arbeiten eng mit Regieteams zusammen. Voraussetzungen sind ein Abschluss in Bühnenbild oder Innenarchitektur sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Theaterausstattung.
