Here is how you can shape our journey as an AI Creative Designer (m/f/d):
As our AI Creative Designer (m/f/d) you will act as a creative hybrid: part art directing, part technical creation. You will be proactively shaping the visual language of our marketing. You will use your strong background in design to art direct AI models, translating abstract marketing concepts into high-fidelity visual realities—from photorealistic lifestyle imagery to stylized 3D assets.
This role is based in Berlin. For suitable candidates, it is also possible to start in Bristol, UK.
What You’ll Do- Art Direction & Visual Storytelling:
You will take ownership of the visual output, ensuring every generated image tells a clear story. You are expected to bring proactive ideas to the table, defining the lighting, composition, and mood before the "render" begins. - High-End Synthetic Production:
Translate creative briefs into fully realized AI productions. You will replace the need for physical sets and stock photography by crafting bespoke, brand-aligned imagery that feels authentic and high-value. - Performance-Driven Creative:
Design visually stunning assets specifically tailored for Paid Media, Paid Social, and CRM. You understand how to marry high aesthetics with performance best practices to create visuals that drive engagement. - Campaign Asset Creation:
Build enduring "Campaign Style" visual worlds. You will conceptualize and generate cohesive libraries of assets that maintain a consistent look and feel across the entire customer journey. - Curiosity for Motion:
While your primary focus will be static and 3D imagery, you will have the freedom to experiment with emerging video tools (Veo3, Sora, Runway) to see how we can translate our designs into motion for social channels. - Workflow Architecture:
Build and maintain node-based pipelines (e.g., Comfy
UI) to ensure consistency. You will create automated workflows that allow us to iterate on successful creative concepts efficiently.
- A Stellar Design Portfolio
:
Demonstrating your eye for aesthetics through a mix of traditional design fundamentals and AI-generated work, showing how you integrate AI into finished pieces. - Uncompromising Eye for Aesthetics
:
Deep knowledge of composition, visual storytelling, lighting, and color theory to effectively "direct" the AI to your exact vision. - Design & Marketing Background
: 3+ years in a creative role with a strong understanding of Performance Marketing to translate goals into compelling visuals. - Technical AI Mastery
:
Proficiency in generative tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Veo3) and node-based workflows, driven by technical curiosity to test new models. - Proactive Mindset: Ability to independently analyze briefs and identify how AI can elevate the visual outcome with fresh concepts.
- Standard Stack Proficiency:
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma. You know how to finish what AI starts—applying typography, layout, and final polish. - Experience with AI Video generation (Runway, Veo3, Sora, etc.) is a plus.
