Organic Social Media Manager

This role is focused on organic content creation, with a strong emphasis on Tik Tok, creative storytelling, and consistent execution across multiple social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly creative, and comfortable owning the full organic social media lifecycle.

• 2–3 years of experience creating social media content for brands
• Hands‑on experience with organic Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, X, You Tube content
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute content according to a calendar
• Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social channels
• Strong creative mindset and storytelling skills
• Experience using AI tools for ideation, writing, visuals, or optimisation
• Hands‑on experience with Canva, Figma, or other creative/design tools

• Create, plan, and execute organic content for Tik Tok and other platforms
• Own the organic content calendar and ensure consistent publishing
• Develop creative formats, concepts, and content series aligned with brand tone
• Build and grow organic reach, engagement, and brand presence
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, marketing, product
• Continuously test, analyse, and optimise content performance

• B2C, health‑tech, community building, German market experience
