Your MissionYou'll be the execution engine and operational architect behind SoSafe's brand – producing high‑quality brand content (video campaigns, product storytelling, event creative), orchestrating complex productions across agency partners and vendors, and building scalable workflows that ensure every region gets premium assets. You'll own end‑to‑end delivery of our biggest brand moments while establishing the systems that make excellence sustainable across Europe.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference Production Leadership- Oversee complex video and motion productions: planning, shoot coordination, post‑production, localisation, and delivery
- Ensure delivery excellence – on time, on budget, meeting technical specifications
- Manage production for ambitious campaigns including our flagship event Hu Fi Con – collaborating with multiple stakeholders in Marketing to ensure cohesive creative from pre‑event promotion through onsite video production
- Lead relationships with a Brand Creative Agency – brief, manage, ensure smooth collaboration
- Forecast, plan, and manage production budgets – negotiate contracts, identify cost efficiencies, and optimise resource allocation across campaigns and markets
- Partner with Senior Brand Manager & Creative managers to implement strategy & creative vision and brand standards across all deliverables
- Build production workflows, intake systems, and prioritisation frameworks for the Brand team – proactively forecast resource needs and capacity requirements across markets and campaigns to support creative managers
- Create production playbooks: templates, shot lists, checklists, asset specs, delivery standards
- Establish operations infrastructure – SLAs, approval workflows, version control, QA processes
- Train regional teams on production standards
- Track and report on production performance metrics – analyse campaign effectiveness, asset performance, and resource efficiency to continuously optimise creative output
- 5‑7+ years in creative production, ideally with agency background
- Proven track record producing premium video content and integrated campaigns for B2B SaaS, tech, or premium brands
- Deep production expertise: managed shoots, directed post‑production, briefed editors/motion designers, delivered broadcast‑quality work
- Experience managing creative agencies and production vendors – translating vision into briefs and managing execution
- Exceptional project management with complex, multi‑workstream programmes (campaigns, events, brand refreshes)
- Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality brand content (video campaigns, website, product storytelling etc.)
- Multi‑market experience
- Proficiency with DAM systems (Bynder, Frontify), project management platforms, video review tools
- Fluent English (C1‑C2);
German or other European languages a plus
- Agency background producing world‑class work under pressure
- Video production specialisation (cinematography, editing, motion design, post‑production)
- Experience in high‑growth B2B SaaS scaling across Europe
- Background building creative operations systems in‑house
- Hands‑on production skills (After Effects, Premiere, Figma)
