• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship, a degree or an equivalent qualification, ideally in the fields of event management or hospitality.
• You have relevant professional experience in event management, ideally in planning, organization, and operational implementation of events.
• You are highly motivated to learn, have a hands‑on mentality, and are solution‑oriented.
• You impress with your reliable, structured, and independent way of working and maintain an overview even when dealing with complex tasks.
• You have a talent for communication and find it easy to get in touch with stakeholders and confidently network in German and English.

In your role as Event Manager
, you will design, organize and supervise internal and external events in our coworking space. You will ensure that events of all kinds - from program events to community events to workshops - are professionally executed and provide a positive experience for everyone.
Your tasks include:

• You are responsible for the complete planning, implementation and follow‑up of external and internal events in our coworking space.
• During the events, you ensure that everything runs smoothly by communicating with participants, speakers, external partners and service providers and preparing and supervising the events on site.
• You proactively contribute your ideas to the team in order to continuously develop processes, workflows, and event management.
• You support front office management and be the point of contact for members, guests, and interested parties.

• You have experience in a startup or coworking environment and are familiar with the dynamics of agile work cultures.
• You are interested in new ideas, trends, and innovations.
