Instagram Creator / Instagram Channel Manager (12 months contract)

We are looking for a creative all-rounder. You know the language of Instagram:
Carousels, Reels, Stories, and the subtle art of stop the scroll. You understand the psychology of what makes people pause, and you have the technical know-how to design for that split-second decision. Furthermore, you are available for the next 12 months.

*** This role is ideally located in Munich***

End-to-end photo & video production (Reels/Carousel Posts, IG Story), strategic thinking, and trend-spotting.

• Plan and create reels, stories & stills that actually hit, from idea to final cut.
• Design visuals and carousels in Canva or similar tools to keep our feed fresh.
• Be part of the brand face, show up on camera, bring your vibe.
• Develop formats that fit the air up world.
• Spot trends before they trend: visuals, concepts.
• Team up with Social, Creative, Brand, PR & Creator teams.

• You have been creating content for your own or other social media accounts for some time now.
• You can shoot, cut, design, and post.
• You have excellent graphic design & editing skills:
  Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, FIGMA… you know the tools.
• You’ve got taste: design, aesthetic, story — you know what looks good.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in front of the lens.
• You can deliver very good results quickly and you have a proactive mindset.
• You like owning projects, but you also love a good team brainstorm.
• You live and breathe culture.
• You know what makes a post saveable.
