This is a role for someone who enjoys owning projects, building relationships, and being the connector between production and the customer.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between company, the shop team, and building partners.

• Partner with high‑end building contractors to deliver custom trim, doors, and millwork
• Communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations clearly with shop foremen
• Coordinate job schedules and ensure alignment between production and installation
• Monitor project progress and help manage costs throughout the lifecycle of the job
• Act as a professional, confident representative with builders and clients
• Ensure builders — and their customers — are satisfied with the final product
• Proactively address issues and help drive solutions

This role blends construction knowledge, communication, and organization.

• Significant experience in the construction industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present yourself professionally with customers and contractors
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Experience with trim, cabinetry, hardwood flooring, or finish carpentry
• Prior project coordination or customer‑facing construction role
